Customer Service Representative
Due to our expansion,
we are seeking to hire a highly motivated customer service representative with
call center experience. The ideal candidate will be team player, have an excellent
telephone demeanor, possess strong verbal and writing skills, have good computer
skills, highly organized and be able to demonstrate a positive, energetic attitude.
The work environment is fast paced, challenging, and fun.

- Must have a
minimum 3-5 years of experience as a customer service rep in a call center
- Excellent verbal
and writing skills.
- Catalog or e-commerce
experience a plus
- Knowledge of
Word/Excel and ability to grasp new computer applications
- Typing speed
- High school
experience a plus
ability to resolve customer issues through past experience(s)
- Excellent References
- Answer incoming
customer telephone calls in a call center environment.
- Enter sales
orders and answer questions regarding products.
- Respond to customer
inquiries via email.
- Contact vendors
to research problems or questions.
- Strong follow
up with customers until issue is resolved
- Keep track of
customer complaints and calls
- Work as a team
player in busy call center environment
- Ability to be
empathetic to customers' needs and issues
- Must be multi-tasking
and willing to learn
